Un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s, los profesionales de atenci\u00f3n primaria nos reuniremos para compartir, analizar y debatir buenas pr\u00e1cticas y proyectos dirigidos a mejorar la seguridad del paciente.<\/p><p>La jornada est\u00e1 organizada conjuntamente por la Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola de Calidad Asistencial (SECA), la Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola de Medicina Familiar y Comunitaria (semFYC), la Federaci\u00f3n de Asociaciones de Enfermer\u00eda Comunitaria y de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria (FAECAP), la Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola de Farmac\u00e9uticos de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria (SEFAP), la Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Pediatr\u00eda de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria (AEPAP), la Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola de Pediatr\u00eda Extrahospitalaria y Atenci\u00f3n Primaria (SEPEAP) y el Ministerio de Sanidad.<\/p><p>El lema elegido para la jornada 2025, \u201c<b>La atenci\u00f3n longitudinal, un factor clave para la seguridad del paciente<\/b>\u201d quiere destacar la importancia para la seguridad del paciente de una relaci\u00f3n estable y mantenida en el tiempo entre los mismos profesionales y sus pacientes, en unos momentos en que se cuestiona la factibilidad de la propia longitudinalidad.\u00a0<\/p><p>Este a\u00f1o, mantenemos el formato de la jornada del a\u00f1o pasado para que todos los asistentes podamos escuchar y aprender de las mejores experiencias en seguridad del paciente que se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo en los equipos de atenci\u00f3n primaria de todo el territorio nacional. Para ello, necesitamos vuestras comunicaciones, experiencias, proyectos de mejora y casos que ense\u00f1an para contribuir a crear una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s segura y de calidad. \u00a1Os animamos a participar!<\/p><p>La jornada va a dar m\u00e1s visibilidad a las actividades de los profesionales, Tras un breve acto inaugural, se desarrollar\u00e1 una mesa de debate seguida de una mesa con las mejores comunicaciones presentadas a esta Jornada. A continuaci\u00f3n, tendremos un caf\u00e9 breve para cargar pilas y seguiremos con las mesas simultaneas de comunicaciones. Despu\u00e9s, tendr\u00e1 lugar el lunch en el hall de la planta baja para, seguidamente, tener la conferencia de clausura y el acto de entrega de premios. Por la tarde, tendr\u00e1n lugar los talleres organizados por las diferentes sociedades cient\u00edficas implicadas en la Jornada.<\/p><p>Queremos tambi\u00e9n expresar nuestro agradecimiento a todas las personas que organizan la jornada, que participan compartiendo sus experiencias y que contribuyen a hacer realidad, un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s, un encuentro espec\u00edficamente dirigido a fomentar la
